A classic A & C Colour Book which, according to Inman, is the scarcest of all the A & C Black 20/-s series. Of the 3000 copies printed, 2000 were broken up to form the three volumes on Switzerland in the 7/-s series (Lausanne, Geneva and Montreux). The text includes a chapter on Saussure, though otherwise Gribble writes about the topography, history, and culture of Switzerland.
