A good copy of a scarce mid-twentieth century version of one of the lesser-known Grimm's fairy tales 'The Adventures of Chanticleer and Partlet. This features particularly lovely colour illustrations by Hans Fischer to every page; very quirky and individual style.
This copy has wear to board edges and is shaken, with looseness and webbing showing at one point within text-block Lovely pictorial end papers and just generally charming!
