This is the Apendix to Vol II (one volume of 4). NB - the 2 loose maps which should be in a pocket in the cover are missing although the six other engraved plates are included as called for. Blue fine-diaper cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine. Decorative blindstamping to both the front and rear boards. Pale discolouration to lower corner of front board. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is faded with bumping to ends. Some pages remain uncut. Damp staining to the front free endpaper and to margins of title page. Light spotting to plate. 352 pp. Previous owner's bookplate to fep (J R Minnitt of Annabeg). Additional photos are available upon request.
