The content is varied covering relevant historical events over the 60 years, a geneological map tracking back to King Egbert and one denoting all her children and grandchildren, portraits of the family, royal events and the great and the good in all fields in Britain in the same period, all in brightly coloured stunning illustrations. The book is in good condition. The binding is sound, the quarter leather and covered boards have some nicks but generally very good for nearly 125 years old. The beautifully decorated endpapers and pages with plenty of gilt and bright colours are superb without marks, tears or inscriptions. Scarce in the luxury binding and in such good condition. Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box.
