With an Original Etching by the Author and Twelve Illustrations by T. Hope M'Lachlan. Signed by the author, in pencil, to bottom of tissue guarded frontispiece. A very good copy in blue cloth covers with triple blind ruling with blind embossed & silver design and silver lettering to upper board and silver lettering and design to the spine. Overall in good condition with light mark to upper board, otherwise looking clean and fresh. Slight browning to the spine, with some dulling to lettering and design and light scuffing to tips of the spine. A few light marks to rear board, rubbing to bottom and slight bumping/scuffing to corners. Internally clean with offsetting to endpapers, foxing to tissue paper and title page and a couple of dents from page 60-85, worse on four pages, please see photos.
