One Hundred and Twenty Chromo Views. Original thick papier mache bevelled covers with an overall tartan design, oval coloured view of Edinburgh on upper cover, red morocco spine with gilt lettering and double black ruling, all edges gilt and original pale green floral-patterned endpapers. Chromolithographic frontis and 60 leaves, each with two chromolithographic views, in eleven sections, each with list of plates, original tissue guard and half title. In lovely condition, with rubbing to tips and minor creasing to the spine. Both boards in excellent condition with minor chipping to corners as seen in photos. Internally also in very good condition, all plates clean, crisp and bright. Light browning to endpapers, a touch of foxing to some pages, mainly the first and last pages, small mark to bottom of first couple of pages and first block of pages a little detached at the top with webbing showing but still very firm.
