A copy of a very scarce book by Catherine Mais, featuring illustrations by Margaret Tarrant. 'Tim and The Twins' was published by Nelson in a series of thin hardback books in the 1920s period. This copy is generally good, with some bleeding around staples (see photos) and slight bumping to boards (stain to one page, as if small card has been inadvertently stored within book for a while - see photo. Several line drawings by Tarrant and one colour plate alongside front cover illustration.
