Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards are marked and generally rather grubby. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. Textblock is generally clean and well held. Infrequent annotations to the textblock in pencil, little crosses next to some of the photos. 459 pp + appendix. Previous owner's bookplate.
