Scarce early Colonial gazetteer promoting emigration. Blue cloth, semi-rigid, boards with gilt lettering to front. The board cloth is grubby and lifting. Corners are bumped, edges are worn. Spine is age darkened with bumping to ends. The inner hinges are badly cracked.
