Dealer Notes
A highly decorative plan of Rome superimposed over a composite view of the major classical and baroque monuments of the city, the title on a stone tablet cartouche, lower centre, with extensive text side panels listing districts, streets, piazzas, palaces, churches, fountains, and other monuments of interest. The plan was engraved by Augusto Fernari, the architectural views by Giovanni Monfiroli, and the decorative script by Domenico Feltrini, it is, unusually, dedicated to Queen Victoria of Great Britain and Ireland.
