(295x235x17mm), 85pp, quarter leather with paste paper sides, 7 essays including a memoir by the author/printer, and an illustrated dissertation on Jacob Christian Schaeffer, an experimental paper maker in the 18th, century. The paste paper boards and 'grapevine paper' of which there is an example in the book were made at the press. The prospectus is loosely inserted. Mint copy.
