An original watercolour. Size 55 x 76cm by Leo Meiersdorff (1934-95)
Jazz player and artist. He designed many famous album covers (over 400) e.g. for Blue note and Concord Jazz. His paintings are also found in famous New Orleans restaurants and he designed a mural for the New Woody Herman club also in New Orleans.
Taped on a red hessian mount.
