This is today a scarce publication. It was give to each new member who joined the Nazi Party between 1942 & 1944. At the end of World War 2 nearly all copies were destroyed under the Allied policy of denazification with only a very few original copies surviving. It served as a guide & record of the Nazi movement's history & goals for new enrollees. This particular copy was owned by Dr Paul Menne (his signature & printed name along with his address & phone number) who was briefly elected as City Director of Warendorf in the British Zone following the end of hostilities in April 1946. His tenure was brief as he was placed on leave, & subsequently replaced in January 1947. THIS IS A VERY UNCOMMON ITEM, DESPITE ITS FAULTS, TO SURVIVE THE WAR & GERMAN MILITARISM
