beige card covers bound with a brown silk bow & a single (saddle) staple & with pasted colour illustration to front; compiled under the direction of Frances Evelyn Warwick (Frances Evelyn "Daisy" Greville, Countess of Warwick) with her signature (printed) on the title page & containing 17 tipped-in colour illustrations of the house & gardens of Easton Lodge in Little Easton near Dunmow, Essex.
Dealer Notes
Presumed First Edition; Oblong 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall; card covers are browned & brittle with age & have light bumping to outer corners; foxing throughout but only to borders of pages surrounding illustrations (& not affecting them).
