8vo. First impressions of the Eighth Edition. Original blue cloth, gilt. Top edges of volumes 1-4 stained blue. Black and white photographic plate section towards the front of volumes 1-4. All volumes a little shaken from use. Edges a bit spotted. The bottom corner of the back cover of volume 1 has a small stain which also affects the slightly rubbed jacket. The same corner of volume 3 is a little bumped. Contents clean. Very good + in very good + d/ws.
