THE SMALL MISSAL Containing The Order of Mass, The Proper for all Sundays, And Principal Feasts, Compline for Sunday, The Rite of Benediction , And other Devotions, Published in London in 1952, this is a beautifully bound Missal, bound in an opalescent style binding which catches and reflects the light, fitted with metal clasps, page edges gilded all-round, internally the inside front cover houses a three-dimensional inset scene of Christ on the Cross picked out in silk and gilt, a small slim format measuring 6 inches by 3.5 inches approx.
Apart from very mild signs of wear, the covers are in nice condition, internally mild browning to endpapers, else contents nice and clean, there is a small presentation inscription on inside back cover (pictured)
