Grey/green board have colour illustrated circular pastedown to front with pale trailing leaf pattern to background border. Dark green titles to front and spine. An early illustrated volume by Susan Beatrice Pearse being 9 years earlier than the first of her best known works, the Ameliaranne books. A little darkened and slightly rubbed. Slightly bumped to points. Spine is complete but with a very small area of damage to edge half way up. Very clean, square tight copy.
