Volume three: [ii], 536pp plus frontis plan and 20pp plates. Volume four: [ii], 544pp, xlv (index), 1pp (list of illustrations) plus 9pp plates. However it is lacking the folding map that should be the frontispiece. Front hinge of volumes 1 & 3 cracked. Some heavy browning to some plates
