                        A scarce Science Fiction novel by the British Greek specialist, in which the protagonist Reginald Burton discovers that  Anarchists are extracting vast amounts of electricity from a plant in Athens and their leader Boleroff is in command of a huge electrolytic lake under London that he harnesses for his own means, cutting off London's electricity supply.       All the while our hero is having an affair with the daughter of a wealthy British capitalist.
