Two frontispieces, one chromolithographic with portraits of the authors tipped in, one black and white engraving. Title page also presented with chromolithographic illustration. Engravings throughout with tissue guard papers. Minor foxing to versos of frontispieces. Publishers green cloth binding with gilt decoration and title; gilt fore-edges with some dullness to top. Minor bumping to spine extremities and some separation between gatherings, but still a robust binding. Overall in VERY GOOD condition.
