Beige cloth spine with black lettering. The spine and boards are rubbed and corners bumped. A few pages at the beginning and end of the book have some minor foxing and several page corners are creased. Overall a good copy of this scarce volume, but improved buy the author's inscription. --- This edition is improved with the addition of 40pp of appendices.
