Full leather binding, re-backed with worn original spine laid over. Boards are covered in tree calf but worn to edges with small areas of lose and exposed board to edges. Leather surfaces are slightly rubbed and scuffed with signs of minor repairs. some sign of internal repairs. Gathering remains strong. Very small initials in faded ink to one corner of title page. Stains to endpapers. Text is generally very clean but with the suggestions of occasional faint marks and stains to corners and margins. Very occasional other mark or light crease. A sound copy from this important printer.
