Spine ends scuffed with some loss of leather and small hole to top of volume 2. Rubbing of leather to covers of volume 2 with a small amount of leather loss. Small bookplate on front free end page of each volume. Generally clean and tight in attractive marbled calf bindings with banded spines, decorative gilt-tooled panels and coloured labels.
