Book Description
A miniature version of the original large format, leather bound, limited edition of Gawain produced by the same press in 1997 and which won the Society of Bookbinders competition for the complete book in that year. This much smaller concertina book measures 13.5 x 17.5 cm, having green paper covered boards with a wood cut image to the front and 40 concertina sections containing 20 woodcut images on hand made Nepalese lokta paper with accompanying computer generated text. The book is housed in a dark green cloth solander box with a gold embossed image to the front and lined with green and gold marbled paper, A lovely copy of this beautifully produced book
