The work appears to have been rather hastily bound and printed, perhaps through concerns about its potentially controversial content: gathering A is rather wrinkled, the whole book is slightly shaken, and there is an internal tear to the outer margin of 143/144 (with early repair), without loss. Nevertheless, text otherwise clean, priced accordingly. A rare and important volume.
