                        Part II only.  Red cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine.  Boards are generally in good order, just a little shelfwear.  No particular bumping or wear to corners or edges.  Spine is slightly age darkened with mild bumping to ends.  Pages edges are a little grubby.  413 pp + large section of 252 plates.  Previous owner's mark to ffep in pencil.  Brown paper dust jacket with gold lettering to spine.  Dj edges are creased with numerous small nicks, particularly around the spine area.
