                            Albert Rutherston, painter, printmaker, illustrator and stage designer, brother of William Rothenstein, he anglicised his name along with his other brother Charles in the First World War.  Slade School of Fine Art, 1898-1902.  Regular contributor to Curwen Press projects he also illustrated books for the Nonesuch Press and the Cresset Press.
