Captain Rugg’s Stellar Indicator published by Captain Rugg, London 1910. In stiff blue cloth-covered boards size 30 by 24 cm. With two rotating coloured card discs inside, one to each of what in conventional books would have been the pastedowns, plus explanatory text and a star map. One disc is for calculation based on a reading of the Meridian Passage and Hour Angle, the other the Meridian Zenith Distance. Some loss of colour to the boards and rubbing to the foot of the spine. Complete and overall in Good condition.
