One of a series of remarkably exact same-size facsimile of the original in the British Library. Printed by offset lithography on acid-free matt art paper and hand bound. Green Japanese Saifu cloth, gilt lettering to spine, gilt British Museum Natural History crest to front cover. Folio, 21.5ins x 15ins, endpapers patterned with British Museum stamps,  viii, 81 full page colour plates each faced by a page of text. "177" stamped to the front pastedown else no inscriptions or markings. F.
