Originally published as individual volumes by The Folio Society in 1962. Reissued as a pair in 1990 and going through many printings since with some slight variation in size, the shade of the red cloth spine, and the colour of slipcase (pale blue or dark red).
This set presented in a custom-made slipcase with fuscia cloth ends and mauve Clairefontaine Ingres papered sides.
