Undated, published in Dean’s Sixpenny Papa Please You Well Series, The British Library date this Hand Coloured Children’s book to circa 1859, a retelling of the Story of Aladdin and his Lamp from The Arabian Nights, 9.75 inches tall with pictorial front cover, internally running to 8 printed pages, printed on one side of the page only, front and rear pages pasted down to covers, featuring six pages of hand coloured illustrations.
Dealer Notes
Covers are noticeably marked and darkened, old ink stain to lower leading edge of upper cover, spine has been strengthened with old stitching repair, internally some creasing wear and light marks, slight separation at spine, else all contents are pictured so condition can be seen
